Welcome to the Club! Because our premium apparel is custom-printed on demand just for you, we operate under a specific set of logistical rules. Please read through our Shipping, Return, and Cash on Delivery (COD) policies below before placing your order.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every single t-shirt at Cubicle Cat Club is freshly printed to order using advanced Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology. We don't hold mass inventory, which means your garment is uniquely crafted for you.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

  • Transit Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5 - 10 business days across India, depending on your location (Metros are usually faster!).

  • Tracking Your Package: As soon as your order leaves our domestic warehouse, a tracking link will be automatically sent to you via email and SMS so you can monitor its journey to your cubicle.

🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because each garment is printed on-demand based on the specific design, size, and color you select, we do not accept returns or exchanges for general change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. Please consult our size chart carefully before purchasing.

What We Cover (100% Free Replacements):

We take product quality very seriously. If your order arrives with any of the following structural issues, we will ship out a brand-new replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you:

  • The product arrives physically damaged or torn.

  • The print quality is defective, visibly blurred, or misaligned.

  • You received the wrong size, wrong colorway, or a completely incorrect design compared to your invoice.

How to Claim a Replacement:

  1. Take a clear, well-lit photo or a brief video of the defect/issue.

  2. Email our support team at meow2prints@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your Order Number and the proof attachment. Once verified, our team will initiate your free replacement printing immediately.

💳 Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We gladly support both secure online prepaid methods (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD) across verified pin codes in India.

  • The Prepaid Incentive: To save on operational costs, we highly recommend paying via UPI. Choosing a prepaid method often qualifies your order for instant promotional discounts at checkout!

  • Mandatory WhatsApp COD Verification: To prevent fraudulent or accidental orders, all COD orders enter a "Pending" queue. You will receive an automated verification message on WhatsApp immediately after checkout. You must click the "Confirm Order" button in that message before our team begins printing your t-shirt. Unconfirmed COD orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

  • Regional COD Restrictions: Cash on Delivery may be programmatically disabled at checkout for certain high-risk, tier-3, or remote pin codes based on domestic courier service limitations.
